Building an International Education Strategy
Novotel on Collins, Melbourne
19 July 2011 - 20 July 2011In recognition of the importance of international education in
Australia, steps have been made towards sector reform. This
includes current amendments to the national code (ESOS Act review,
2011), student visa requirement review (2011) and the development
of a minimum standards document (Human Rights Commission,
2011).
In translating the intent of these commitments into real outcomes,
industry practitioners are faced with the challenge of building a
coordinated international education strategy. This will support
high quality experience and ensure a sustainable future for
international education.
This conference will showcase innovative case studies that
demonstrate sustainable strategies for growing the sector. It will
share insights and visions for the future of international
education in Australia.
