
The Conversation
The Conversation www.theconversation.edu.au is a new source of information, analysis, commentary and research news from leading researchers and academics.
The site is a not-for-profit news and information service, unlocking knowledge and expertise from Australia's leading academic institutions and delivering it straight to the public.
A team of 12 professional editors work with experts to deliver quality, diverse and accessible content for a broad audience.
The team is divided into five sections:
- Business+Economy
- Environment+Energy
- Health+Medicine
- Science+Technology; and
- Politics+Society.
The Conversation was founded by Andrew Jaspan and Jack Rejtman.
- Andrew edited The Observer, The Scotsman, Sunday Herald in the UK and is the former Editor-in-Chief of The Age.
- Jack is a digital strategist who has led major projects in the US, UK and Asia, including running the US 2008 election website for Yahoo! News.
